I'm not religious, I don't belong to a specific church building nor denomination. I'm not on the facebook nor instagram. I dont watch the news, I'm not part of this two party political system they use their media to shove down our throats, I support a few of our representatives in the DC cesspool. I don't care about sports idols, music stars, nor hollywood celebrities.
I'm a Family man plain & simple & the only political stance I firmly hold to is that no elections will save America, only 2 Chronicles 7:14.
I'm a Bible believing christian , I travel the USA with with my family, that's what we do. I love to mountainbike, hike, work out and enjoy the mountains more than anyplace. Most of all, I'm a Family Man.
I began in the insurance / financial industry around 1996 while taking Criminal Justice in school and waiting to enter the Broward Police Academy.
After I was postponed a few classes I became licensed in insurance and securities, I went to work as a captive agent for a well known company in downtown Ft. Lauderdale, I learned a lot from this great company, who I still represent to this day, but I also learned everything "not to do" in business, I tried the South Florida cool broker life that they were grooming me for and it wasn't for me.
In 2002 I became an independent agent/broker in Boca Raton, I represent the highest rated and most competitive companies in the industry yet, I represent YOU, my client first and foremost.
In 2005 I moved my base of operations to St. Augustine where I reside today specializing in guaranteed income planning, innovative solutions to obtain Long Term Care insurance & Living Benefit Plans.

In the later ninties, medical insurance was not that bad and really, you could get inexpensive plans. The pre-existing condition dilemnia was not an issue because of, at that time, true group policies for one person solved a lot of that issue. I enrolled a lot of small groups in the later ninties, real small groups, mom and pop shops really.
Around 1998 I acquired securities licenses and went to work for a major company in a high end branch in downtown Ft. Lauderdale. At this point, anyone could make money in the stock market, some of these proprietary funds that I was doing were returning 50% - 80% annually. I learned a tremendous amount both positive and negative, a lot it what I learned was "what not to do in business".
As an independent agent / broker, i too am a small businessman. I know and can choose which companies to do business with, which companies are not only the most competitive but who treats their clients certain ways.
I decided to leave the cool broker world in South Florida to go independent, I moved my business up to Boca Raton and continued doing Mutual Funds but did not use any "Variable" insurance products, from this point on, I took no new securities business on and decided anything I do for my Client's retirement planning would be guaranteed.
I began to get into the Medicare (supplement) business which pushed me into the (then hot) Long Term Care insurance market. This would be my main business for a few years with Medicare & Annuities secondary. I was still passively dabbling in the Major Medical (health) insurance market.
When I moved to St. Augustine I found quickly it was a different market so I continued to do business in South Florida. I was doing Fixed Indexed Annuities & larger estate planning Life policies, I've always used Term policies but now I'm learning how to Tax-Free Income Plan with Whole Life, IUL, UL. At one point for a year or two I tried going back to the health insurance market because of all the changes. After deciding that I wanted nothing to do with government health insurance and turning down a very lucrative job with another well known carrier. At this point I tried finding a company outside the marketplace, after a few months I found too that this company was, idk, not such a great company so I gave up the health insurance thing for good. 2015 to present I have been concentrating my entire business on Income Planning.
